Every job is custom, but you shouldn’t have to guess what that means for your wallet. Here’s exactly how pricing works, starting rates and all, before you ever pick up the phone.

Starting Rates

• Window Washing: starting at $5 per pane, exterior
• Gutter Cleaning: starting at $1.50 per linear foot
• Solar Panel Cleaning: starting at $8 per panel

These are real starting numbers, not a teaser rate that jumps once I show up. Christmas light installation is priced per job since every layout is different, message me for a custom quote on that one.

What Affects Your Final Price

• Size of the home and number of stories
• Ladder access and how the property sits (steep roof pitch, tight side yards, etc.)
• How long it’s been since the last cleaning, heavy hard water buildup or years of gutter debris takes longer
• Add-ons like screen cleaning
• First-time visits vs. a home I already know from a past season

How a Quote Works

1. Send me a message with your address or city, roughly how many windows or panels (or your gutter length), and which service you need.
2. I’ll get you a real number back, usually the same day.
3. We find a day and time that works, no automatic booking calendar, I check my own schedule so I don’t double-book or rush your job.

No deposit is required to book. If you’d rather pay ahead or leave a tip, that’s always optional on the Payment Options page.
