How Pricing Works

Every home is different, so every quote is too. Window washing depends on pane count and accessibility, gutter cleaning on linear footage and buildup, and solar panel cleaning on the number and layout of panels. Because the real price depends on the specifics of your home, I give every quote in person rather than a flat number on a website — that’s how you get an accurate price and a chance to ask questions before anything is scheduled. Christmas light installation is priced per job since every layout is different, message me for a custom quote on that one.

What Affects Your Final Price

• Size of the home and number of stories
• Ladder access and how the property sits (steep roof pitch, tight side yards, etc.)
• How long it’s been since the last cleaning, heavy hard water buildup or years of gutter debris takes longer
• Add-ons like screen cleaning
• First-time visits vs. a home I already know from a past season

How a Quote Works

1. Send me a message with your address or city, roughly how many windows or panels (or your gutter length), and which service you need.
2. I’ll get you a real number back, usually the same day.
3. We find a day and time that works, no automatic booking calendar, I check my own schedule so I don’t double-book or rush your job.
