Service Area

Based near Salem, working all across Utah County, the nearby Salt Lake Valley, and out through Juab, Sanpete, and Carbon County too. If you’re not sure whether your address is in range, just ask, I usually cover a wider area than people expect.

A Closer Look at Where I Work Most

Saratoga Springs — Saratoga Springs is one of the fastest-growing pockets of Utah County, and it shows: block after block of newer two-story homes with a lot of exterior glass and steep rooflines. That means more window surface catching hard water spray-back from sprinklers, and gutters set high enough that most homeowners aren’t getting up there themselves. It’s one of the areas I work in most.

Eagle Mountain — Eagle Mountain homes tend to sit on bigger lots with newer construction, which usually means taller two-story builds and gutters that take real runoff during spring storms. The hard water out this way is no joke either, it leaves the same chalky mineral spotting on windows and solar panels that I see all over the west side of the county. I’m out here often.

Lehi — Lehi’s growth has been fast enough that I’m regularly working streets that didn’t exist a few years ago. Between the tech-corridor new builds and the older established neighborhoods near the lake, there’s a real mix of home styles, but the same Utah County hard water problem shows up everywhere. Lehi is a regular stop on my route.

American Fork — American Fork blends some of the county’s older, more established neighborhoods with newer growth near the benches, so I see everything from mature landscaping overhanging gutters to brand-new two-story builds still settling in. It’s close enough to Salem that I can usually get out here quickly when something comes up.

Don’t see your city listed? Send me a message anyway. I regularly take jobs outside this list, especially for Christmas light installations and larger properties.
